Job Description:

Randstad Canada is hiring a Warehouse Associate with forklift experience for Milton, Ontario. The role requires troubleshooting inbound, outbound, and internal materials and working closely with team leads and other personnel while maintaining database accuracy. Key responsibilities include operating forklifts, assisting with cycle counts, and managing material using Oracle systems. This onsite, contract position offers full-time hours, potential for permanent hire, and medical/dental benefits from day one.

Job Responsibility:

Troubleshooting any inbound, outbound, and internal materials for Eaton’s Satellite, Customer, and site orders
Working closely with warehouse clerks, team leads, and Work-in-Process (WIP) personnel while maintaining Eaton’s WIP database
Helping pack, weigh, and load trucks for all outbound materials
Maintaining inventory balances and on-hand accuracy within the warehouse
Ensuring accurate material management using the Oracle system
Reviewing and handling materials of various weights and sizes accurately using a handheld scanner or computer
Assisting with cycle counts
Supporting and assisting team members with various tasks throughout the warehouse

Requirements:

Must have a valid lift truck license with a minimum of 3 years of experience
Proficiency in operating Counterbalance forklifts, Order pickers with fall arrest systems, Reach trucks
