Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Create user interfaces and handle complex use cases for new features and enhancements based on concepts, designs, and specifications within cross-functional teams
Work closely with the UX/UI Designers, Developers, Product Owner and Project Managers to collect information and provide feedback to inform and defend design solutions
Participate in user research and usability testing to gather information for validating design decisions
Document product guidelines and best practices (focusing on atomic design principles and showing the agility to organize and maintain a Design System)

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in a professional UI/UX role
Analytical and creative problem-solving skills
Attention to detail – thorough in work carried out
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Time management, organization and prioritization
Teamwork – working together to meet deadlines
Initiative – seeking continuous improvement
Excellent English skills – spoken and written
