Job Description:

Our client is a known player specializing in Machinery and Automation Solutions for the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. They are expanding their Canadian presence and are looking to add a new technical Sales rep to the team.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and execute sales plans for automation and machinery solutions, targeting pharmaceutical manufacturing companies, including radiopharma and nuclear pharma segments
Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers within pharma manufacturing organizations
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
Leverage your knowledge of machinery and automation to present tailored solutions to pharma manufacturing companies
Partner with marketing and engineering teams to customize offerings and stay ahead of market demands
Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and optimizing existing accounts

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in machinery sales, preferably within the automation sector
Proven track record of selling to pharmaceutical manufacturing companies
Familiarity with radiopharma and nuclear pharma manufacturing is a significant asset
Strong understanding of automation, machinery, and pharma manufacturing processes
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in pharma manufacturing is a plus

Nice to have:

Familiarity with radiopharma and nuclear pharma manufacturing
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in pharma manufacturing

What we offer:

Base Salary 90000K - 140000 plus bonus / commission
