Team Leader

• Leading and supporting a team of Customer Associates
• Mentoring and developing the team to ensure best in class customer service
• Coaching the team to ensure all are performing to their maximum potential
• Ensuring growth targets by managing end to end pipeline
• Case manage customer applications from application to settlement, utilising exceptional time management and relationship building skills
• Manage inbound and outbound customer email and web chat enquiries – pre- application, we well as support the gathering of documentation as part of application assessment and settlement process
• Help to support and build customer loan pipeline
• Maintain strong record keeping and file management practices to support regulatory compliance, excellent client service standards and allow product, risk and other management insights at both customer and portfolio level

• Experience working in Financial Services with related experience in customer relationships and sales (or similar)
• Experience in leading and mentoring a small to large team
• Exceptional client management skills combined with engaging communication style
