Job Description:

We are seeking a resilient and experienced Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Crawley, working with children who have challenging behaviour. This role requires someone with strong behavioural management skills, patience, and a genuine passion for helping every child reach their full potential.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting children with challenging behaviour, helping them manage their emotions and behaviours in a positive and constructive way
Working alongside teachers to create a calm and purposeful learning environment
Assisting with lesson preparation and classroom activities
Promoting positive behaviour and encouraging personal growth in every student

Requirements:

Experience working with children, especially those with challenging behaviour
Resilience, patience, and strong interpersonal skills
A commitment to fostering a positive learning environment
