Job Description:

Supply Teaching Assistant - East Grinstead, Crawley, Lingfield, and Horsham. Make a Difference in the Classroom! Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work opportunities in a variety of schools? Randstad Education is seeking passionate individuals to join our network of partner schools in East Grinstead, Crawley, Lingfield, and Horsham.

Job Responsibility:

Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and fostering a positive learning environment
Provide individual and small group support to students who need additional help
Contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
Assist with classroom management and behavior support
Prepare and organize teaching materials and resources
Support students with special educational needs (SEN) as required
Participate in school activities, events, and parent meetings as needed

Requirements:

Experience working with children, ideally in a primary school setting
A patient, caring, and supportive approach to working with children
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Relevant qualifications in education or childcare are advantageous but not essential
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
