Job Description:

This position offers individuals the chance to make a meaningful impact as a Teaching Assistant in an SEN school located in East Grinstead. The role involves supporting children with autism and communication challenges, providing personal care, assisting in classroom activities, and participating in extracurricular activities like swimming and horse riding. Comprehensive training and career development opportunities are provided.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide one-on-one support to pupils in individualised learning sessions
  • supervise playtime, lunch, and extracurricular activities like swimming and horse riding
  • prepare teaching materials and assist with lesson organisation
  • support pupils with basic care needs when required
  • participate in physical activities to promote inclusive learning and play.
