Job Description:

This position is responsible for talent acquisition, talent management, and talent development. The role involves hands-on recruitment efforts, including recruitment marketing, process development and execution, and reporting. Additionally, talent management and talent development are emerging focus areas, requiring the establishment and implementation of related policies.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand business needs, define staffing requirements, and develop recruitment strategies
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and guiding candidate selection
  • Identify and maintain a pipeline of top talent through various sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, data mining, market mapping, and networking
  • Screen CVs, conduct direct sourcing, promote the referral program, and interview shortlisted candidates
  • Track and report all recruiting activities within the ATS (LEVER) to ensure accurate metrics and reporting
  • Manage ATS updates and ensure system accuracy
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines, gather market intelligence, and enhance candidate assessment processes
  • Structure and negotiate compensation packages in collaboration with hiring managers
  • Conduct closing interviews and extend offers to successful candidates
  • Provide regular recruitment updates and participate in relevant business meetings
  • Plan, develop, and execute recruitment marketing strategies in collaboration with the communications team, leveraging social media and the company website
  • Organize and facilitate recruitment-related online and offline events
  • Maintain and manage relationships with external recruiting agencies, negotiate terms, and resolve any contractual issues
  • Input and update new hire data in the onboarding system
  • Lead recruitment-related projects and initiatives
  • Develop and implement corporate talent management strategies, including training programs
  • Create and execute career development plans, including managing career progression cycles

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, either in an HR department or as a recruiting consultant
  • Business-level fluency in both Japanese and English
  • Experience with non-Japanese hiring processes and a basic understanding of visa procedures
  • Currently residing in Japan with a valid work visa
