And we do it all with heart, each and every day. Signify Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor in Training and Quality Assurance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing Clinician Support training programs, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and enhancing the skill set of the Clinician Support team. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and dedication to continuous improvement.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of trainers and quality assurance specialist
  • Set performance standards and conduct regular audits to ensure standards are being met
  • Design, implement, and evaluate training and quality assurance programs based on organizational needs
  • Ensuring Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and related documents are accurate, up-to-date, and readily accessible, which involves creating, reviewing, updating, and distributing them
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for new hires and existing employee development
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of training programs and their impact on employee performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Work closely with various departments to identify training needs
  • Facilitate communication between leadership, employees, and other departments to ensure alignment on training and quality assurance expectations
  • Act as a liaison between Clinician Support and other departments

Requirements:

  • 5+ years professional experience with 3+ years of quality and training experience, preferably within a Healthcare Organization or Operations function
  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies and quality assurance practices
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance management
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven track record of timely and accurately completing assigned tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced skills in MS Office or Google Suite
  • specifically MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets, and Google Docs
  • Adept with technology
  • Advanced skills in Salesforce and Five9
  • Ability to travel up to 10% (if not located in the DFW Metro)
