Job Responsibility:

Talent pipeline building
Active sourcing of top talent through various channels
Identifying, analyzing, and accessing talent pools for the French speaking Belgian biotech manufacturing landscape and affiliated global offices
Work alongside Employer Branding to brief on critical roles & skill-sets in order to define targeted messaging for marketing recruitment campaigns
Gain a deeper understanding of UCB’s competitive landscape and support the Talent organization in developing more effective recruitment strategies by researching and analyzing competitors
Leveraging Talent Intelligence in close collaboration with Hiring Managers to develop recruitment strategies that are tailored to the unique needs of the organization
Participate in the internal talent mapping efforts in collaboration with the Talent Advisors
Support employer branding by actively promoting and communicating the employer brand in your sourcing efforts

Requirements:

2-4 years’ experience in a technical recruitment capacity, such as recruitment for engineering profiles
Business Fluency both in English and French language
Knowledge of state of the art candidate sourcing methodology and tools
Excellent stakeholder management skills and a consultative approach
Analytical skills with the ability to convert complex data into tangible insights and to provide actionable recommendations to client executives deriving from this
Ambitious, energetic personality with great communication skills and a genuine desire to win
