The ultimate purpose of the role is to bring the right talent to the Client, quicker.

Job Responsibility:

  • Talent pipeline building
  • Active sourcing of top talent through various channels
  • Identifying, analyzing, and accessing talent pools for the French speaking Belgian biotech manufacturing landscape and affiliated global offices
  • Work alongside Employer Branding to brief on critical roles & skill-sets in order to define targeted messaging for marketing recruitment campaigns
  • Gain a deeper understanding of UCB’s competitive landscape and support the Talent organization in developing more effective recruitment strategies by researching and analyzing competitors
  • Leveraging Talent Intelligence in close collaboration with Hiring Managers to develop recruitment strategies that are tailored to the unique needs of the organization
  • Participate in the internal talent mapping efforts in collaboration with the Talent Advisors
  • Support employer branding by actively promoting and communicating the employer brand in your sourcing efforts

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years’ experience in a technical recruitment capacity, such as recruitment for engineering profiles
  • Business Fluency both in English and French language
  • Knowledge of state of the art candidate sourcing methodology and tools
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and a consultative approach
  • Analytical skills with the ability to convert complex data into tangible insights and to provide actionable recommendations to client executives deriving from this
  • Ambitious, energetic personality with great communication skills and a genuine desire to win
