Slide grinding operator

We are seeking a Slide Grinding Operator to join a dynamic and expanding company, working in a two-shift system. The operator will oversee the mass finishing department, which uses seven vibrating tubs to deburr and smooth sharp edges on metal components such as handles, hinges, and locks. This process involves placing metal parts into the tubs filled with grinding stones, water, and soap. Using high-frequency vibrations, the machinery polishes the components to meet quality standards. The operator will load the tubs manually or with a hoist, monitor the grinding process, and empty the tubs automatically. Finished parts will then be collected in containers. This role involves physically demanding tasks in a loud production environment where ear protection is provided.
