Job Description:

The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level position to prepare employees for a supervisory role. Responsibilities include supervising store staff, ensuring smooth operations, customer service, and store management training. Successful trainees may be promoted to Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor roles.

Job Responsibility:

Work effectively with store management and store crews
supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up on activities
effectively communicate information to and from store management and crews
assist customers with their questions, problems and complaints
promote CVS customer service culture
handle customer relations issues in accordance with company policy
maintain customer/patient confidentiality.

Requirements:

Deductive reasoning ability
analytical skills
computer skills
advanced communication skills
ability to work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight and weekend shifts
ability to work overtime as needed.

Nice to have:

Experience in retail
high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
