Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure applications using Java & Spring Boot
Build and enhance microservices architecture to support enterprise-grade solutions
Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features
Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment
Lead and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality is preserved
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers within the team
Stay updated within the technology space and provide suggestions on improvements or optimization within the organization

Requirements:

5+ years of hands-on experience in Java development
Expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and distributed systems
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Nice to have:

Experience with AWS Cloud Services (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.)
Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging systems
Exposure to DevOps practices and container orchestration
