Job Description:

HSBC Digital Business Services is seeking a Senior Officer, MPF Administration to perform operational and administrative support, streamline customer experience, and handle special initiatives. The role involves supporting efficiency, customer communication, quality assurance, and handling ad hoc projects in a hybrid working environment on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Job Responsibility:

Perform operational and administrative support to the team
Handle physical document submitted from the customers and dispatch benefit payment to the customers within regulatory timeline
Prepare and arrange blasting the e-communication messages to the customers on a regular basis
Support initiatives to enhance customer experience via streamlining and digital journey
Conduct testing of the new initiative of e-communication messages before implementation
Perform quality assurance of management statistic report produced by Operation Team
Handle special projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned by assistant managers/managers

Requirements:

Ability to work Independently
Ability to develop innovative solutions to enhance service delivery and improve operation efficiency
Ability to prioritise tasks efficiently and manage multiple tasks
Ability to handle conflicting ideas/suggestions from various stakeholders and propose solutions acceptable to all parties
Possess a high level of flexibility in the approach and must be able to demonstrate good judgment and sense
