Job Description:

Our client, an innovative industry leader in the insurance domain is looking for a Senior Frontend Developer - Angular, Cloud, Hybrid to join their growing team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience building complex web applications in Angular using AWS, Azure, or GCP and working in a best-practices DevOps environment. This is a full-time permanent role and hybrid, 3 days per week in office. Candidates must be based in and legally eligible to work for any employer in Canada.

Job Responsibility:

Building complex web applications in Angular
Using AWS, Azure, or GCP
Working in a best-practices DevOps environment

Requirements:

Angular - 5-10Y+
Design patterns (which ones?) - 7Y+
Passion for coding and learning next-gen tech - 7Y+
Diploma or Degree in CompSci or similar - 2-4Y+
Large-scale, n-tier applications - 7Y+
Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) - 5Y+
Docker and Kubernetes - 3-5Y+
Live notifications, chat systems, or dashboards that update w/out reloading - 2-3Y+
Modern charting and data visualization libraries - 2-3Y+
Zero-downtime deployments - 2-3Y+
SQL and big data technologies for analytics (which ones?) - 2-3Y+
Testing, debugging, and optimization for performance - 5Y+
Building and managing CI/CD pipelines - 3-5Y+
OAuth and OpenID Connect or similar - 2-3Y+

Nice to have:

Building Razor pages for ASP.NET core
TDD or BDD - 2-4Y+
