Job Description:

As the Scheduling Supervisor, you will act as the key link between Production, Procurement, and Logistics. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate and synchronize cross-functional activities to ensure a smooth and efficient supply flow. Your ability to organize and align support services will be essential in optimizing our operations and driving performance across the value chain.

Job Responsibility:

Act as the representative of the Production Control Department within the A220 Autonomous Production Team
Ensure on-time and quality delivery of the finished product
Coordinate and organize the various activities within your team
Ensure that team priorities are clearly understood and respected
Oversee the proper management of production priority orders
Ensure effective management of shortages: identify, follow up, and escalate when necessary
Submit Servitude requests and validate requirements in SAP
Provide visibility on urgent matters and critical issues
Ensure proper production tracking: monitor actual production progress and resolve blockers (quality, timing, etc.)
Guarantee that your team delivers all required deliverables within the defined cost, quality, and time objectives
Foster and maintain strong team cohesion and collaboration

Requirements:

You have strong interpersonal skills and demonstrate natural leadership, enabling you to engage and motivate your team effectively
You communicate with clarity and adaptability, adjusting your message to suit different stakeholders—whether internal teams or external clients
Your persuasive abilities, combined with a courteous and educational approach, allow you to explain technical topics with ease
Enthusiastic and positive by nature, you thrive in fast-paced environments and see unexpected or urgent situations as stimulating challenges
You respond with calm, focus, and professionalism to deliver high-quality work
You are a team player, comfortable interacting with clients even under pressure or in high-stakes situations
Known for your autonomy, adaptability, and structured approach, you are also reactive and concise, with the ability to produce clear and insightful reporting
