Job Description:

You will be responsible for supporting the SAP FICO system in an ECC environment and potentially participating in S4 HANA implementation projects. The role involves maintaining optimal SAP performance, acting as an SME for SAP FICO, and collaborating with a team to ensure end-to-end implementation success.

Job Responsibility:

Maintain SAP FICO for optimal performance and reliability
act as SME in SAP FICO
participate in end-to-end SAP projects including business requirement gathering, functional configuration, and UAT
maintain good relationships with business users and stakeholders
handle daily Event Management, Incident Management, and Change Requests
troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in SAP FICO within implementation project and/or support (L3)
at least 1 full cycle end-to-end implementation project on a regional or global basis
exposure in any SAP FICO sub-modules such as GL, AP, AR, CO-CCA, CO-IO, BCS, AA
exposure in ABAP development for minor debug and code reading
cross-functional exposure on SAP MM, Workflow Management, RE-FX
exposure in S4 HANA and ECC environment
experience in Project Management and Vendor Management
leadership experience
experience in the banking or retail banking industry
exposure to Control M, Jira, BASIS, Oracle databases

Nice to have:

Exposure to SAP FICO sub-modules such as GL, AP, AR, CO-CCA, CO-IO, BCS, AA
ABAP development
cross-functional expertise in SAP MM, Workflow Management, RE-FX
exposure to S4 HANA and ECC environment
experience in Project or Vendor Management
experience in banking or retail banking industry
