Job Description:

The Sales Engineer is responsible for developing new customers and end users, driving profitable sales for robotics projects in lab automation or life science applications. This role includes acquiring and maintaining key customers, collaborating with the engineering team, executing marketing activities, and ensuring the achievement of annual sales targets. Candidates should demonstrate a proactive, aggressive, and flexible work ethic while possessing strong presentation and communication skills.

Job Responsibility:

Develop new customers and end users, increasing profitable sales for robotics projects in lab automation or life science applications
work under pressure to fulfill sales targets
acquire and maintain key customers/SIs in relevant fields
collaborate with the engineering team to develop technical solutions that meet customer requirements and close deals
analyze and communicate necessary operative marketing activities such as fairs, end customer marketing, and new application roadshows
deliver the annual sales target in both robot quantity and sales revenue
submit weekly reports and update the project pursuit list on a timely basis

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree
minimum 2-4 years working experience in laboratory and life science instrumentation industry
familiarity with project selling
good presentation, selling and interpersonal skills
excellent oral communication skills
proficient oral and written English skills
proven ability to work as a member of a collaborative sales team
high flexibility and work ethic
proactive, aggressive and initiative-driven
