Job Description:

Lead a pre-development team to strategize and execute technical solutions for Japanese OEM clients. Drive RFQ responses, align product strategies, and integrate customer insights into global corporate roadmaps. Foster innovation in next-gen vehicle technology while managing cross-functional collaboration.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

BS in Engineering (Master’s/PhD preferred)
8+ years in automotive electronics
5+ years in technical/engineering management
Expertise in Japanese OEM expectations and global team leadership
Proven RFQ/business development experience
Willingness to travel 30% (domestic/international)
