Job Description:

Are you a detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for logistics? As a Production Flow Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations, timely deliveries, and effective troubleshooting.

Job Responsibility:

Track parts, component kits, etc. to ensure that all manufactured parts are delivered within the prescribed timeframe
Determine the consequences of delivery delays and identify the appropriate action plan
Participate in problem solving
Enter data relating to project information and delivery of parts
Track parts and generate manual orders
Monitor the flow of multiple projects to meet deadlines and requirements
Report and identify critical issues to achieving the plan
Liaise with downstream production cells, suppliers and support services to monitor the status of activities
Alignment meeting with the module lead hands
Perform system cleanup operations (closing work orders, tracking inactive parts, etc.)
Participate in various meetings (DMS, production monitoring, improvement clinic, etc.)
Deal with non-conformities (NCR, RTV and OSP)
Late Lab Command
Monitoring of KPIs and action plan

Requirements:

College diploma (DEC) in a related field or 2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable in English and French
