Payroll System & Process Lead – Tech-Enabled Focus

• Manage and process monthly payroll for a large employee base
• Oversee payroll system configuration, upgrades, and maintenance
• Ensure compliance with HK employment law, MPF, IRD, and leave policies
• Liaise with HR, IT, Finance, and system vendors to improve workflows
• Identify automation opportunities and streamline payroll procedures
• Support audits, reporting, and data integrity checks
• Provide user training and support on payroll system usage

• 6–10 years of experience in payroll operations, with exposure to 1,000+ staff
• Strong knowledge of HRIS/payroll systems (Oracle, SAP, Workday, or equivalent)
• Familiar with Hong Kong payroll compliance and statutory reporting
• Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and process-driven
• Good communication skills in English & Chinese
• Experience in education, NGO, or public sector is a plus
