Job Description:

This job involves working as a CNC machine operator and programmer in Belgium, specifically using Rexroth controllers on PBR floor type boring machines. The role requires precision and technical expertise in handling small production series and individual parts, including steel, cast iron, and other materials. Applicants must possess at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Job Responsibility:

Programming and operating PBR floor type boring machine CNC using Rexroth controller
Programming directly on the machine (no CAM system used)
Tool management
Working in steel, cast iron, bronze and stainless steel
Tolerances 0,01
Measurements of the parts using micrometers + quality control
Small series (mostly max. 5 pieces) also single parts are made on CNC machines
Design and drawings on paper according to a model
Reading technical drawings
Maintenance on the milling machine
Can work with crane – parts up to 5 tons

Requirements:

At least 2 years experience CNC milling machine and big parts
Good knowledge of English
Flexible and hardworking
Ability to deliver high quality results
Attention to detail
Willingness to work in Belgium long-term
