Job Description:

Are you a person who likes to bake? Then this job as an operator is really something for you! For a company in Ostend we are currently looking for an Operator Bakery to work in 2 shifts, to join the team.

Job Responsibility:

compiling recipes and managing the baking process
starting up your production line independently and ensuring the settings, monitoring and continuity of the installation
skilfully assembling and dismantling the installation during product changes or at the end of your shift
operating one or more machines with precision and skill
thoroughly checking parameters and quality through sample collection
monitoring the cleanliness and hygiene of the production line
providing first aid in case of technical problems on the machines and calling in the help of experienced technicians if necessary

Requirements:

relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
experience in the food sector is a plus
technical insight and smooth handling of machines
a good knowledge of Dutch
can work independently and are stress resistant

Nice to have:

experience in the food sector
