Job Description:

We’re hiring M&E Engineers – Energy Audit & Building Services for a fast-growing engineering consultancy. Open roles include Senior Mechanical Engineer, Senior Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, and Electrical Engineer. The job involves leading or supporting energy audits, system performance reviews, M&E design, and coordination of building services.

Job Responsibility:

Lead energy audits, system performance reviews, and propose optimization strategies
Support M&E design, calculation, and coordination of building services
Prepare tender specs, technical reports, and BOQs
Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities on design and implementation
Guide CAD teams and review technical drawings
Support project delivery from concept to handover

Requirements:

Degree or diploma in mechanical, HVAC, or electrical engineering
Min 5 years’ experience for senior roles (preferably in energy efficiency or green buildings)
Fresh grads are welcome for junior roles
Solid knowledge of building services design, cost estimation & coordination
Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office
Strong communication and team player attitude
Must be mobile and willing to attend project sites
Own transport and valid driving license required
