Job Description:

The Logistics Clerk will support with receiving inbound shipment requests, providing pricing for requests which includes negotiations, tracking the shipments, handling shipment billings and documentation.

Job Responsibility:

Maintain excellent relations with existing customers
Answer customer questions regarding pricing and service
Track, analyze and ensure measurement tools are in place
Work closely with dispatch to complete daily deliveries
Collaborate with various departments to be an effective account manager (logistics management, credit, marketing, technical services and customer service)
Handle shipment documents such as: Bills of lading, Proof of deliveries, invoices

Requirements:

Advanced bilingualism French and English *required*
Dynamic and autonomous personality, willing to take on new challenges
Knowledge of logistics-related characteristics
Good computer skills, particularly in Excel
Proactive and able to deal with unforeseen circumstances
