Job Description:

The Lead - Liaison will be responsible to proactively establish and manage liaison with local authorities, government bodies, police and community stakeholders so as to ensure smooth running of business operations.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure compliance with local and state regulations
Maintain a track of all required compliances and keep monitoring its status regularly
Engage with government authorities to understand and resolve any issues, notices, cases with local or government departments
Build and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities, including RERA, and other relevant government entities
Establish structured processes for timely resolution of local issues including permits, disputes, encroachments, etc.
Regularly update internal stakeholders about regulatory changes & other developments affecting operations

Requirements:

Minimum 12 years of experience in liaison, government relations, and public affairs, preferably in real estate / infrastructure / construction sectors
Strong network with local authorities, administrative bodies, and media in operational geographies
