HRIS Business System Analyst

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify and document precise business requirements for HR technology projects
• Recommend and implement technology-driven solutions to enhance efficiency, automation, and system compliance
• Act as the crucial link between HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendors, ensuring business and technical needs are met
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, setting the stage for successful system implementations
• Support the design, testing, and deployment of system enhancements and integrations
• Create, validate, and manage comprehensive reports and analytics to support business decisions
• Participate in project management activities, ensuring timely delivery of HR technology initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
• Over 5 years of experience in HRIS business analysis or HR technology projects
• Demonstrated proficiency with HRIS platform UKG Pro is mandatory
• desired to also have experience with iCIMS, or Workday
• Strong skills in system integrations, data structures, and HR process automation
• Proficient in documentation, functional specifications, and business process mapping
• Familiarity with reporting and data analysis tools, like Cognos BI, SQL, or Power BI
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Experience with iCIMS or Workday
