HR Executive

• Support recruitment processes such as interview arrangements and selection
• Manage employee lifecycle including handling onboarding activities such as pfile document management, medical and background process, new joiner logistics, orientation, and offboarding process, working with internal and external stakeholders/ vendors, and more
• Manage employee queries
• Any other ad hoc HR tasks as assigned

• Experience in supporting HR processes
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills to manage relevant stakeholders
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
