Forklift operator

• Operate Raymond reach, Order Picker, and Dock Stocker forklifts to move materials around the warehouse
• Perform quality checks and follow plant safety protocols and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
• Change dates and materials according to shop order requirements
• Operate the IPC interface and/or on-line labelers
• Ensure all machines are supplied with necessary materials and conduct maintenance as required
• Perform troubleshooting and resolve equipment issues when needed
• Report food safety and quality issues to the appropriate personnel
• Maintain accurate weight control and document checks
• Complete size changeovers and cleaning procedures as needed
• Support safety checks on guarding, stopping mechanisms, and other equipment parts
• Complete all training on equipment operation and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)

• Certifications on Raymond reach, Order Picker, and Dock Stocker
• 1+ year of experience in a similar role
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible hours (including overtime and weekends when required)
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
• Technical aptitude and experience (preferred)
• Basic math skills and some computer experience
