Job Description:

As a Financial Controller, you will play a key role in structuring and optimizing the finance function of a growing SaaS company. At the heart of the strategy, you will support management in making financial decisions, ensure the reliability of data and actively participate in the implementation of scalable processes.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee all accounting operations, including monthly and annual closing
Implement and improve accounting processes to ensure efficient and accurate data
Manage cash and cash flow to optimize liquidity and funding needs
Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts and variance analyses
Produce detailed financial reports and KPIs to support decision-making
Identify opportunities to optimize costs and improve margins
Participate in the financial evaluation of new products, markets and potential acquisitions
Implement strong internal controls to prevent financial and accounting risks
Improve the automation and efficiency of financial processes through ERP software and reporting tools
Optimize the integration between accounting tools and SaaS platforms (CRM, invoicing, subscription management, etc.)

Requirements:

Degree in accounting, finance or related field (CPA or in the process of obtaining a diploma is an asset)
Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in accounting/finance
Strong understanding of accounting standards
Proficiency in ERP systems and financial analysis software
Experience in team management and financial process improvement
