Finance Assistant Manager

• Manage the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, monthly closings, tax and audit preparation, and compliance with internal controls
• Play a key role in working capital management, intercompany reconciliation, and monthly reporting under both local GAAP and IFRS
• Collaboration with internal teams, locally and regionally, especially in managing vendor payments and customer collections

• Professional certification or degree/diploma in Accounting or Finance
• Relevant years of experience in financial and management accounting, and taxation
• Strong experience with SAP and IRAS reporting
• Prior background in external audit is a plus
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience working in MNCs with strict reporting timelines
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
• Deep understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise across all levels and regions
• Able to work independently and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
