Customer service representative

• Respond to customer inquiries—primarily via email (90%)
• Process orders and perform accurate data entry using Excel, Teams, and Outlook
• Collaborate with the internal team on customer projects and order coordination
• Participate in project-based administrative tasks and team initiatives
• Learn internal systems (Oasis) through a supportive 2-week onboarding and training process
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, adaptable, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly, proactive, and a quick learner
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Experience in customer service, administration, or order processing is an asset
• Must be able to work on-site in Ancaster
