Job Responsibility:

  • Follows established procedures to meet customer/member needs and successfully enhance the company's brand recognition and competitive advantage in the industry
  • Handles the answering of questions regarding contracting, commissions, broker tools, benefits, providers, etc.
  • Communicates effectively with diverse work units and relevant organizational departments to ensure that issues are properly and quickly resolved
  • Performs required training to understand how to use tools available to recall necessary information
  • Documents all customer correspondence
  • Data entry, processing of Medicare contracts, appointments and verification of certification for external producers/agents to be eligible to market Medicare plans
  • May supplement the background check review and documentation process as well

Requirements:

  • Experience in a production environment
  • Customer Service experiences in a transaction based environment such as a call center or retail location preferred demonstrating ability to be empathetic and compassionate
  • Must be English and Bilingual Spanish

Nice to have:

Experience with Microsoft and computers as well as phone experience
