Requirements:

Strong Machining process knowledge
Machining exposure on Gery iron and SG iron heavy castings (Wind Industry, Industrial Gear Box, Earth Moving, Heavy Engineering, Commercial Vehicle)
Knoweldge on tools, fixtuers and gauges
General knowledge on Drawing ineterfrence, Tolerance Standards, CMM
Theortical cycle time calculation based on drwaing
Exposure to Machine Hour Rate (MHR) market trend for VTL, VMC, and HMC
Communication skill
Exposure to Zero Based Costing (ZBC)
Hands on experince in Vendor Development, Strategic Sourcing, locasation projects, Global Sourcing
Techno Commercial Skills, Finalising rate contracts
Capacity planning with supplier and exploring new sources for our localization
SAP MM module and MS office excellency
Collaboration with team and CFT
Interpersonal skills and extrovert in approach
Cost Saving knowledge
