Civil engineer

Roles & Responsibilities: Preparation of Work Item & Activity List; Daily Interaction with site personnel; Organizing inputs for cost estimation; Ensuring compliance with safety standards; Managing construction schedules; Supervising construction sub contractors; Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality; Doing feasibility assessments and site inspections; Good Knowledge of Drawing readings, Auto CAD drafting of PEB buildings; Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures; Must have experience in studying the offices, buildings & floor plans, etc.; Preparing Project Execution Plan; Preparing Project & Construction Schedule; Preparation of Resource List – manpower and construction machineries
