Job Description:

To identify new business opportunities through sales activity. To maintain and develop a portfolio of clients to contribute positively to the goal of growing the Hong Kong business, both in revenue and gross profit (monthly and annually), in accordance with the company’s budgets and objectives. To provide strategic direction to key clients and consulting teams to increase market share.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in achieving new business, by identifying and marketing to prospective clients across a broad range of industries within the HK market
Research the competitive landscape and set key strategies for the positioning of Randstad’s service offering based on competitor understanding
Ensure account strategy is synergistic with corporate business goals and objectives and facilitates the development of senior relationships
Follow up on any potential leads
Ensure cross-selling activities across the different Randstad businesses are coordinated efficiently
Support team members' business development activities
Work closely with internal stakeholders (Operations, Finance) to ensure proper communication of opco’s needs
Owning and ensuring industry capability presentations are up to date
Supporting good communications across the region – sharing materials, learning, strategic approaches to clients
Knowledge & insight leadership for the industrial team and the region – Industry leadership
Ensure marketing activities are planned for your clients

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in either recruitment, sales or business development
Experience in Business Development or Solution Sales
Ability to work in a multi-cultural, matrix environment, with a track record in successful stakeholder management
High analytical skills
