Job Description:

Your future employer is an entrepreneurial startup developer based in Kuala Lumpur. With a young and modern philosophy, the company continues to grow and is looking for experienced individuals to help elevate and support its long-term growth. The position focuses on sales and leasing of residential units and office spaces, including planning strategies, achieving targets, and building relationships with clients.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct market research to support both residential sales and office leasing strategies
Develop and implement sales strategies for the upcoming residential project
Develop and execute leasing strategies to increase occupancy for the Grade A office tower
Achieve set targets for both residential unit sales and office leasing
Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, buyers, tenants, and business partners
Lead negotiations and ensure accurate execution of lease agreements for the office tower
Collaborate with legal counsel to prepare tenancy agreements, house rules, and fit-out guidelines
Prepare and monitor regular reports on sales and leasing performance
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and expense control

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
6–8 years of experience in property leasing and/or sales, with a strong track record of performance
Proactive, driven, and ambitious personality
Excellent communication skills and strong leadership qualities
