Job Description:

A Tier One Main Contractor is seeking a talented and dedicated Administrator to join our team in Exeter.

Job Responsibility:

Project Lifeline: Providing essential administrative support to our project teams, keeping everything on track and on schedule
Document Dynamo: Managing and organising project documentation with exceptional accuracy, ensuring information flows smoothly
Communication Central: Acting as a key point of contact, handling inquiries, and facilitating effective communication between site and office teams
Logistics Legend: Coordinating meetings, managing diaries, and arranging travel like a pro
Problem-Solving Powerhouse: Tackling administrative challenges with a positive attitude and finding efficient solutions
Procurement Pal: Assisting with procurement processes, including raising purchase orders and tracking deliveries
Data Guru: Maintaining accurate records, inputting data, and generating reports to keep everyone informed

Requirements:

Proven administrative experience, ideally within a construction or similar fast-paced industry
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
A knack for prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A proactive and positive attitude with a strong work ethic
The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
