Job Description:

Randstad is seeking a skilled and motivated Access Services Representative to join our client, a leading financial institution, in a 12-month contract role with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent position. This hybrid role offers a balance of on-site and remote work, providing support to end-users and resolving technical issues within established timeframes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Providing courteous, efficient, and professional customer service to resolve end-user incidents and issues
  • Conducting first-level analysis and working with technology groups to resolve issues within established timeframes
  • Ensuring change activities are performed on time, minimizing service/business risk
  • Monitoring resources to ensure the availability of business applications and technology
  • Identifying, resolving, or escalating service delivery issues and complaints
  • Maintaining proficient knowledge of tools, processes, procedures, and resources for problem determination and recovery
  • Prioritizing activities based on availability impact
  • Providing seamless integration of activities and processes
  • Acting as an information source to colleagues, business partners, and clients
  • Ensuring prompt updates on service issues and follow-up on outstanding problems
  • Delivering and maintaining accurate reports and documentation
  • Following established procedures, standards, and compliance requirements
  • Communicating effectively within the team regarding service issues and scheduled changes
  • Recommending improvements and enhancements to internal processes

Requirements:

  • University/College degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of experience in IT support, with a focus on access management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficient in email communication and phone etiquette
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Nice to have:

  • Scripting and automation skills (PowerShell)
  • Experience with Active Directory, SailPoint, and ServiceNow
