The Logistics department plays a very important role in ensuring a good experience for our customers. We are organized into three areas, with different responsibilities: Replenishment, Picking, and Loading and Unloading.

Responsabilidades:

Replenishment - We ensure the availability of products for our customers, in partnership with teams from other areas, anticipating stock needs in accordance with sales forecasts and the commercial calendar
Picking - We collect, pack and deliver orders directly to our customer in store, or prepare shipping through the transport service
Loading and Unloading - We receive products and replace them in the respective sales areas, using pallet trucks and/or forklifts

Requisitos:

Interest in learning more about retail operations, inventory management and logistics systems
Common sense to make decisions, based on a clear analysis of the available information
Ability to work at a tactical and operational level, as well as to put things into practice and optimize processes
Enjoy working as a team and establishing relationships based on trust, through clear and objective communication
Motivation to deal with the customer and guarantee the best possible purchasing experience
Entrepreneurial spirit to look for new ways of doing things that add value to the team and the business, in the context of omnichannel operations
