Responsabilités:

Identifying prospects: Spot companies with recruitment needs in the finance and administration sectors
Client relationship development: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers through various communication channels (phone, email, social media, in-person meetings)
Prospecting activities: Conduct cold calls, and organize virtual and on-site client meetings to understand their specific needs
Negotiation: Propose and adjust recruitment solutions tailored to clients' financial and administrative challenges
Technology utilization: Leverage digital tools and data to optimize talent acquisition and management

Exigences:

3 to 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or recruitment, ideally in Construction and Manufacturing
Ability to build effective connections with clients through multiple communication channels
Experience in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
Passion for results, resilience, and strong negotiation skills
Willingness to meet clients in person (at least two days per week in the office)
Advanced mastery of English, both oral and written
