Description du poste:

The role involves managing commercial and regulatory matters for international clients, providing daily support, and ensuring efficient coordination of tasks within an industrial environment.

Responsabilités:

Manage order entry and follow-up processes, and efficiently resolve claims while ensuring smooth collaboration with other internal departments
Handle and coordinate specific requests for commercial documents, quality certifications, and regulatory requirements, guaranteeing appropriate client responses
Systematically record all client interactions in the CRM to maintain an up-to-date and reliable database for service improvement

Exigences:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a B2B client-oriented environment, ideally industrial
Professional mastery of English and advanced level in Dutch and German preferred
Excellent oral and written communication, attention to detail, teamwork, and multitasking organization
Advanced office skills essential, experience with SAP and/or Salesforce appreciated
