As an HR intern, you can experience what it is like to work at a company like IKEA. You will work in the P&C department of IKEA Amersfoort. The department consists of a P&C Manager and 2 P&C generalists and 2 pers P&C admin. Together with them, you will support the employees and team managers in the P&C-related tasks. We offer you the opportunity to carry out a study assignment as well as lead an independent internal project.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

answering various questions from team managers and employees via your mailbox
processing a number of administrative tasks
participating in various job interviews
thinking along with a P&C advisor about a question regarding employee development
spending the afternoon on a self-chosen project

Vereisten:

sit in your second or third year of your HBO-education (preferably in the direction of HRM) and are really looking for a meewerkstage (nb: this is not an afstudeerstage)
available from September 2025 for 32 hours per week for a period of about 5 or 10 months
work well in a dynamic and busy environment where no day is the same
enthusiastic person, proactive and analytically minded
eager to learn and able to link theory to practice
