About the Help Desk role

Furthermore, they are often tasked with installing, configuring, and updating IT equipment and software, and they play a key role in onboarding new employees by setting up their workstations and offboarding by deactivating accounts. To excel in Help Desk jobs, certain skills and qualifications are universally sought after.
