About the Crna role

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) are advanced practice registered nurses who specialize in the administration of anesthesia and the management of pain before, during, and after surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures. As highly skilled healthcare professionals, CRNAs play a critical role in the operating room, working autonomously or in collaboration with anesthesiologists, surgeons, dentists, and other medical specialists to ensure patient safety and comfort.
