职位职责:
Process ingredients according to dish standards, completing pre-treatment work such as cutting, slicing, and marinating
Control ingredient dosage and cutting precision, ensuring ingredient freshness and hygiene
Store processed ingredients properly and effectively control raw material waste
Cooperate with the head chef and other positions to ensure dish serving efficiency and quality
Maintain the hygiene of the cutting station area and properly keep knives and kitchen utensils
要求:
At least 1 year of work experience in an international brand hotel
Hardworking, upright and responsible
Good communication skills
Strong team spirit
