As a pioneer and leader in 3D generative AI, Meshy invites you—an expert in 3D animation technology—to redefine how character animation is produced. In this role, you will be responsible for developing animation generation systems, tackling technical challenges such as automatic skeletal rigging and motion retargeting, and building an end-to-end intelligent pipeline for 3D animation.
职位职责:
Develop general-purpose skeletal rigging and animation retargeting systems, supporting bipedal, quadrupedal, and other types of character animation
Build character animation pipelines integrated with 3D generative AI, maintaining workflows for keypoint computation, skinning weights, and animation export
Continuously improve animation system performance and stability, ensuring generation speed and quality meet product requirements
Stay up-to-date with the latest animation generation techniques and develop innovative solutions such as Text-to-Motion and Video-to-Motion
要求:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Digital Media Technology, or a related field
3+ years of experience in engine or 3D tool development, with at least one project delivering an animation feature module
Strong knowledge and practical experience in skeletal rigging and animation retargeting
Familiarity with mainstream animation tools such as Houdini, Blender (Python API), and Maya, including scripting and pipeline extensions
Proficient in C++ and Python programming
understanding of keypoint detection, skinning weight computation, and motion interpolation algorithms
