职位职责:

  • 全面负责全国售后服务体系的规划、建设与日常管理
  • 建立并优化售后服务标准与流程，提升客户服务满意度
  • 指导全国服务网点及授权服务商，确保技术支持与备件供应及时
  • 处理重大技术投诉与紧急故障，组织技术攻关与服务质量改进

要求:

  • 机械、电气自动化或热能动力相关专业本科及以上学历
  • 8年以上工业设备售后服务经验，且有3年以上全国性团队管理经验
  • 精通压缩机产品结构、控制系统及各类常见故障排除技术
  • 具备卓越的组织协调、危机处理及团队领导能力
  • 能够适应全国范围内的出差
