Brand Marketing Support (70%):Campaign Execution:Provide essential support for the launch of marketing campaigns, including sample coordination, product magazine/collateral preparation, and coordinating with agencies on material collection
Content & Asset Coordination: Assist in managing and organizing digital assets (images, videos). Support the team in tracking content deadlines and approvals
Administrative Excellence:Support daily workflow process, meeting scheduling, verify quotation, tracking contracts, PO consolidation and PO process/payment handling, preparation of simple presentation decks, and efficient note-taking to ensure team meetings are productive and action-oriented
Market & Competitor Monitoring: Conduct adhoc scans of the competitive landscape and compile reports on competitor analysis, new product launches, and social media activities
Insight & Idea Generation (30%):Trendspotting: Be the team’s eyes and ears on the ground. Constantly research and report on the latest Genz trends, emerging social media platforms (e.g., Xiaohongshu, Douyin, Bilibili), and viral topics
Brainstorming Participation: Actively contribute to creative brainstorms, bringing fresh, innovative ideas for marketing campaigns, social content, and influencer collaborations from a Gen-Z perspective
Idea Research:Conduct adhoc research to validate creative ideas or find inspiring examples of successful marketing campaigns/tactics from other brands

A background in the business, social sciences, arts, with highly motivated and proactive personality, is preferred. Candidates from strictly technical or engineering-focused fields (e.g., pure sciences, computer science) may not be the best fit for this creatively driven role
