要求:

  • 1.5 to 7 years of full-cycle SAP SD implementations and S/4HANA conversion experience for large global enterprises
  • Excellent configuration skills in Order Management, Pricing, Delivery & Logistics Execution, Billing, and integrated flows with MM and FICO
  • Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes including Make-to-Order (MTO), Make-to-Stock (MTS), Trading, and Service, with strong cross-functional capabilities
  • Real-time implementation and data migration experience in S/4HANA Sales & Service modules
  • Strong knowledge of integration technologies (IDOCs, RFCs, middleware) and interfacing with ERP and non-ERP systems from design to implementation
  • Basic ABAP skills for debugging and functional specifications
  • Configure SAP OTC functions: Sales, Shipping, Invoicing, and Service Management
  • Develop Functional Specifications for programs, interfaces, reports, and forms
  • Lead Solution Design, create configuration documents, and collaborate with technical teams
  • Work with cross-functional teams including Audit, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR
  • Build process documentation and swim lane diagrams

加分项:

  • Experience with SD-WMS and Customer Service integration is a plus
  • Preferred experience in S/4HANA environments
